It is a bright, generous blend of calendula, lemon balm, rose, orange peel, spearmint, and hibiscus. The scent is sunny and a little citrus, alive without being sharp.
How to use it. Spoon a scoop into the cotton steep bag and let it steep in a warm bath, or steep it in a bowl of just-boiled water and breathe the steam in under a towel. Let it be a small celebration of where you are right now.
Make it a season. A three or six-pouch season is a rhythm to carry you through a whole chapter, and it ships free.
