Some seasons ask you to do less, not more. The fallow stretch after something ends. The turning, when you can feel yourself going quiet inside. Quiet Ground was made for those weeks, when you are tired in a way sleep does not quite fix and you need a small, warm ritual that asks nothing of you.

It is a soft, settling blend of oatstraw, chamomile, lavender, rose, and calendula. The scent is gentle and a little green, the kind that lowers your shoulders before you have decided to relax.

How to use it. Spoon a scoop into the cotton steep bag and let it sit in a warm bath while you soak, or steep it in a bowl of just-boiled water and lean over it with a towel to catch the steam. Breathe slow. Stay as long as you like. This is your few minutes that belong to no one else.
