It is a fresh, lifted blend of tulsi, lemon balm, rosemary, lavender, peppermint and rose petals, with a clean, awakening scent that helps you arrive in your own skin.

How to use it. Spoon a scoop into the cotton steep bag and let it steep in a warm bath, or pour just-boiled water over it in a bowl and breathe in the steam with a towel over your head. Take a few slow breaths before you decide anything. Clarity likes a little quiet.
